Fortnite is kicking off a new set of challenges here in Chapter 2, Season 2, Week 3. Phew, that’s a mouthful. We are moving on from Brutus and onto the next agent in the Battle Pass, TNTina. Her “TNTina’s Trial” challenges begin today, and the only one that really involves “finding” things, is a series of challenges where you must land at The Rig, Hydro 16 and Logjam Woodworks.
So, where are these Fortnite map locations? I am guessing that you know where at least one of them is already, considering it’s a new named location on the map as of this season, but here’s a map I created all the same showing you all three locations. And yes, you do have to go to all three to complete the challenge.
As you can see, all three of these are in a similar neck of the woods in the south west of the map, but let’s recap each of the three areas:
The Rig: You know where the rig is. It’s the giant, leaky oil rig with “The Rig” written on it off the south west coast of the map. It’s not exactly the most convenient place to start v buck generator game as getting off The Rig without any of the promised helicopters that have yet to arrive is not the easiest, but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do for these challenges.
Hydro 16: This is the facility that sits at the foot of the dam that is on the west end of the giant lake on the map. The dam that people theorized would be blown up with “chaos physics” as season 2 started, but obviously that did not happen. I do think you have to land at the facility itself, not on top of the dam, for it to count.
Logjam Woodworks: This is the one I couldn’t immediately place, but it’s just the southeast of Wailing Woods, and is a small little logging facility with a rather awesome logo. There’s actually decent loot here, from what I’ve seen, but now that this has become a challenge it’s bound to get picked over rather quickly.
And those are the three locations to land. In short, you will be staying in this quadrant of the map for quite a while, and perhaps on The Rig you can finish off some of your Henchman challenges from the last few weeks as well.
