Fortnite Season 3 is still young, and players are continuing to discover new places to land. As we explore the new map, we notice a few details that may get overlooked. Here’s a list of five of the most interesting Easter Eggs from Fortnite Season 3. Let us know if you find any more!
- The Church of Deadpool
Fans of The Yacht were happy to see that it made it through the flood. Of all of the POIs on the Fortnite island, this may have been the safest place to be. It is, after all, a boat.

The Yacht went through some massive changes, however. It’s no longer the party hub that it was in Season 2. Now, it’s more of a washed-up supply vessel. Deadpool’s mark can still be seen on the boat, however. There’s a painting of Deadpool holding Aquaman’s Trident on the front of the ship.
Deadpool’s influence over The Yacht goes, deeper, however. If you venture inside to one of the secret rooms, you’ll find a shrine to Deadpool, complete with benches for those who came to pay their respects.
- Optimus Prime
For those who don’t know, Optimus Prime was the name given to the truck statue that was next to the RV Park (between Retail and Lonely) during Chapter 1. Not many people know that the structure actually made it into Chapter 2.

For Seasons 1 and 2, you could see the top of the structure sticking out of the water, off the coast of Sweaty v buck generator Sands. It retained some of its form for the first two seasons but is now in ruins under the sea. We hope to see it emerge after the water levels go down, but this might be the last that we see of our old buddy.

- The Golden Chair
Sure, Midas may have been eaten by a shark at the beginning of Season 3, but that doesn’t mean that his influence over the island has finished. Those who paid close attention will remember Midas’ Golden Chair from Season 2 – and that’s still in play.

The Chair was on the move for a good portion of the season. It started at The Agency before it was removed – possibly stolen – and put into transit on a canoe and truck. Eventually, the chair ended up at Salty Springs.
Someone wanted to hang onto the chair, however. It survived the flood, thanks to No Sweat Insurance. You can find the Golden Chair in one of the storage boxes at the No Sweat building between Frenzy Farm and Dirty Docks.
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1 introduced us to two inanimate figures within the Fortnite map: Hayman and Pipeman. The latter was a bit more interesting to follow, as he trekked his way across the map and found a place to rest before the flood took over.

These two might be gone, but a new character is waiting to emerge from the flood: Toiletman. You can find this pieced-together toilet statue in the south of the map. Hopefully, he’ll offer us another small story to follow in Season 3 and 4.
- Peace prevails
The most popular sub-pot from Fortnite Season 2 had to have been the Gnomes vs. the Bears. You can take a look at the full recap of that story here, but many of you probably followed along with the secret challenges for the season.
By the end of the season, we were able to broker a truce between the rival factions. Thankfully, that peace survived the flood and spilled over into Season 3. You can find the Bears and Gnomes, living in harmony, scattered around the map. Their primary hub is on a raft to the south of Sweaty Sands, where the groups can be seen sunbathing, playing games, and admiring the view.
There are a ton of additional Easter Eggs around the new Fortnite map, waiting for us to discover. There are even some details we didn’t include, here, like references to old-school Batman and Jaws. Keep your eyes peeled for more as the season continues and the water recedes.
